Cute baby...

Last Saturday I went to my friend's house.....
She just gave birth to a healthy baby boy.....
Her older daugher is so cute and well-behaved,too...
Last time I met her daugher, she still couldn't walk...
Now, she can express very well......so clever a girl....

BTW,I bumped into Jake's dad on my way to Tao-Yuan...
Although I am not sure 100%....but 90 %...
He got on the train in Feng-Yuan,and got off in Maio-Li....
I really wanted to greet him,but I'm shy and I don't know he still remember me or not....
He only stayed on the train for a short time....so I lost chance...
It's fun....last time I met him was in Montreal 2 years ago...
Now I unexpectedly encounter him on the train in Taiwan.....
That proves "The earth is so small".....ha ha...

Hey Stella, that would have been me, since I make that route (Fengyuan to Miaoli and vice versa) quite often. You should have said hi, since I do know who you are and I would have recognized you if you had greeted me. I tend to blank out a lot of the faces around me on trains, though, so I'm sorry I missed you.

Trains in Taiwan (well, in other places too, although I've yet to experience an unpleasant train ride in Hong Kong) are often crowded and not entirely pleasant, and this particularly goes for the Taichung and Fengyuan stops.

But the unpleasantness is completely changed to pleasant when you run into someone you know and haven't seen for quite a while. I would have loved to have chatted with you. Then we both could have blogged about it a bit more, too! Ha, ha!

I will be leaving for Montreal for at least a year or two next month (June 28th, in fact). So I'm kind of sad I didn't see you or you didn't greet me, for that matter.

A number of new friends and acquaintances here in Taiwan have made me wonder if I have made the right choice in going back to Canada. Because before, I only had my girlfriend, Sharon (who is from Taiwan). That felt very lonely, because we all need to converse with people, other than our sole partner, in a language that is our own, or that we feel comfortable enough speaking (and my Chinese still consists of not much more than about 20 words).

I hope you are retaining your smile, Stella, despite the plum rains we are finally experience here in Taiwan!

First of all,I'm really happy you still remember me...If I had nerved myself to greet you at that time, maybe both of us could get different experience....

Actually, you seated beside the window at that day, a sleeping woman seated beside you...I was afraid of disturbing her,so I didn't move towards you...I desided to wait to greet you at next stop, but you just got off...so sad....I lost chance..

Are you really going to leave for Monteal in this year or "this month"? so fast...maybe we can meet somewhere next time...before your departure...

Anyway,no matter when will you leave,I hope you can get lots of glorious merroies in Taiwan..I do believe you already have...

Yeah, I am leaving soon. Now, it's three weeks hence! Wow. Yeah, it is so fast. Kind of scary.

Leave a message with your email or your phone number on my blog. I have comment moderation, so my blog does not automatically publish your comment. I will write your email in my address book or your phone number in my cell phone. Then I will erase the comment from my blog. As you see, I done this many things before with other friends.

Have you ever used Facebook. I find it very useful, as well.

So yeah, I'd love to meet up before I go. You can meet my partner, Sharon, as well (she is Taiwanese).
